Order Requirements
Minimum order requirements on favors/invitations/etc = 12 pieces.  There is no minimum order requirement on centerpieces/rental items.  Rental items are available to certain areas New Jersey & Staten Island.  Set up, delivery, and pick-up fees may apply.

Payment

Pricing quotes issued by The Sugar On Top are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure The Sugar On Top services for any project. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to delivery date (unless other arrangements are accepted by The Sugar On Top in writing).  Any payments received less than 2 weeks before the event must be by cash, money order, certified check or corporate check.  Personal checks are accepted up to 2 weeks before the event.

Orders/Approvals:
Once an order is placed, layout will be supplied for Purchaser approval. Production will not proceed until the Purchaser has returned signed approval for deign layout (including spelling and formatting of all text). The Sugar On Top, does not take responsibility for spelling or formatting errors after approval.  Alterations (including rush orders) may be made for an additional charge on a per-project basis.

Return Policy/Damages
The Sugar On Top creates custom creations for each customer and cannot offer refunds or exchanges.  As most of the products supplied by The Sugar On Top are hand made, slight variations may occur between each individual item.

The Sugar On Top accepts no responsibility for goods damaged, as a result of neglect or poor storage, including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spills and undue care after delivery

The Sugar On Top accepts no responsibility for health or injuries sustained from products and/or food issues owing to an individuals food related allergies. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to advise The Sugar On Top of any person’s such allergies.
